This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs how Xefralexthmrex.world (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles returns, refunds, exchanges, reshipments, and related remedies for Ovrica dietary supplement products purchased through sales channels we operate directly. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge this Policy. If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction, the mandatory rule prevails without invalidating the remainder.
General philosophy
We design this Policy to balance customer satisfaction with safety obligations inherent to ingestible goods. Once a bottle is opened, resale is generally impossible; therefore, certain limitations apply even when we wish to be generous.
Standard satisfaction window
For unopened products in original packaging, you may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery timestamp recorded by the carrier. The outer shipping carton should be retained until you confirm satisfaction because it helps validate transit condition if a dispute arises.
Opened products and partial credit
Opened bottles may qualify for partial store credit or replacement when you document a quality concern with photographs of the lot number, seal state, and capsule appearance, and our quality team corroborates an anomaly traceable to manufacturing or distribution. This review typically concludes within five (5) business days of receiving complete evidence.
How to initiate a request
Email chat@xefralexthmrex.world with your order number, the purchaser’s full name, the email used at checkout, a concise explanation, and any attachments requested above. Incomplete tickets may delay resolution. For damaged shipments, include images of the outer shipper and inner pack before discarding materials.
Return merchandise authorization
When a physical return is required, we issue a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number and the appropriate warehouse address. Unauthorized returns may be refused or donated without credit. Write the RMA clearly on the package exterior.
Return shipping costs
Unless the return results from our error—such as incorrect item shipped, gross misdescription, or confirmed carrier damage—we may ask you to pay return shipping. Use a trackable service and retain proof of mailing until the refund posts.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method when technically feasible. Banks and card networks may require three to ten (3–10) additional business days to display the credit. If the original instrument is closed, we may offer store credit or an alternative lawful remedy.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee SKU exchanges because inventory fluctuates. When possible, we may ship a replacement before receiving your return if you provide a temporary authorization hold on a payment method.
Subscriptions and prepaid bundles

Promotional and final-sale items
Items marked final sale, limited samples, or bundled kits where partial return would break promotional pricing are not eligible for refund except where law requires. Gift cards and digital receipts without a verifiable order in our system are also non-refundable.
Chargebacks and payment disputes

International orders
Customers outside the United States remain responsible for duties, taxes, and compliance with local supplement regulations. Refunds may exclude non-recoverable customs fees unless the product never cleared customs due to our documentation error.
Product safety and tampering
We may refuse returns that appear tampered with, previously heat-damaged, water-damaged, or stored contrary to label instructions, because safety is paramount.
Privacy during returns
